About Us
Brandon and I are a Mother-Son team serving the beautiful North Carolina mountains from Newland to Sparta and everything in between including Boone, Blowing Rock, Beech Mountain, Banner Elk, and West Jefferson!
Brandon brings the tech savvy side and is wonderful with marketing and contracts. I focus on the presentation, networking, and negotiation side…most realtors are single agents even when on a team, but Brandon and I do everything together…so you are really getting two realtors for one :)
This is the sixth year for both of us being FULL time realtors.
Brandon has his Broker In Charge certification, which he uses for Property Managing. He owns Above and Beyond Property Management which focuses on short term rentals. He uses a personalized boutique style and the reviews he receives shows his success with it.
I am a native North Carolinian who lived in Texas for 30+ years and spent summers in the NC mountains to escape the Texas heat. I changed my profession from teaching to real estate when we made the permanent move here. Education is very important to me, so I have continuously taken courses offered through the Real Estate Commission to make sure I’m a rounded real estate agent and knowledgeable in multi facets of this business. Some of the certifications I have obtained: Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Accredited Staging Partner Real Estate, International Association of Home Staging Professionals, and currently working on my Luxury Certification.
Both Brandon and I have personal experience flipping homes, owning short term rental homes, and selling our personal homes. We have been on both sides of the table multiple times.
